  • The staff at the UCSD Mother, Child, & Adolescent HIV Program understands the unique needs of the Lesbian community and is committed to providing a safe place for all people. We offer all services in a respectful, confidential manner to all Lesbian women and their families.

      Offers a wide variety of educational and support groups in areas such as disease prevention, transgender concerns and PFLAG en Español. HIV testing is available Mondays and Thursdays from 5 to 7 pm.

      Lyon-Martin Women's Health Services offers a full spectrum of health care and outreach services. Founded in 1979, we serve over 3,000 women each year. While lesbians continue to be our primary target for services, we have designed our programs to meet the needs of many communities of women.

      Our purpose is to provide support to the families of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons, to cope with an adverse society, to enlighten an ill-informed public, and advocacy education about the nature of sexual minorities and what they face in dealing with discrimination and harassment on behalf of their political and social rights. PFLAG provides opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation, and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.
