Recent advancements in testing and care have greatly reduced the transmission of HIV from mothers to infants. If you are interested in finding information about pregnancy and HIV, the following web sites offer additional information about mother-to-child HIV transmission and methods to protect infants from becoming infected. As this is an area with new research, it is important to read the most up-to-date information.
